A stunning pair of early 19th century mahogany hall-chairs of fine quality timber having acquired a good colour and patination; the cartouche-shaped backs carved with acanthus leaves and a central shield, the seats panelled and standing on turned and lappetted front legs. Circa 1825. Beautiful shape.
