A fabulous set of four mid century Italian Giancarlo Piretti DSC Axis 106 chairs by Castelli circa 1960s , these fabulous stackable chairs with beech seats and backs on sturdy aluminium bases with tapered legs are the epitome of mid century design, the chairs are stamped on the frame “JSC Castelli Italy.”

Condition: the chairs are all in very good condition for their age with only minor marks and wear to the seats, the foot pads are tarnished but could easily be polished back to a shine, one of the seat has a small nibble to the front, barely noticeable and one of the other seats has minor splash marks looks like paint but again barely noticeable and could probably be removed easily.
