Magnificent  Victorian19th century Howard and Sons ‘English Country House’ Ivor Chaise Longue Armchair or Daybed, England circa 1870, this exceptional oversized armchair custom made for extra length and comfort,  newly reupholstered in Howard & Son blue monogrammed H&S ticking material, horse hair stuffing and  feather down cushion, the armchair is of typical form but extended for pure indulgence and slumber purposes, raised on turned mahogany front legs and tapered rear legs with brass caps and castors, the rear castors stamped Howard & Sons, the rear left leg numbered 19058 289, extremely comfortable,  reserve now.
