Stunning mid 19th century Anglo-Indian Teak Sunburst Bookcase Cabinet India circa 1850, made in two parts, all in solid teak, the brass galleried upper bookcase section carved and decorated in typical form surmounted with two glazed panelled doors, featuring original lock with working key, the lower cabinet section, with two carved and pierced cupboard doors, enclosing two adjustable shelves, original working lock and key, the cabinet sides carved with beautiful sunburst detail, raised on bun feet, excellent rich patina with accomplished carved detailed design all over, reserve now.
