Magnificent mid twentieth century Pierre Jeanneret Model PJ-010806 'Easy Lounge’ Armchairs' also known as ‘ Mobilier De Salon En Teck’ Chandigarh, India Circa 1958-59, this exquisite pair of armchairs are newly upholstered in black velvet with red piping, the backrest and seat slightly inclined and raised on signature Jeanneret ‘Compass’ inverted V legs in solid teak with flat profiled sides, the rear legs united by a supporting stretcher to the underside of the seat, numbers to side of arms denoting designation, the armrests with stuff over padded “Roll” arms, these armchairs form part of a complete suite with a matching two seater sofa also available, this set has been completely professionally restored and newly upholstered in Chandigarh in accordance with original specification, as with all of our Pierre Jeanneret furniture these items will come with an extensive set of pre restoration images and a certificate of authenticity, we can also reupholster these chairs in any material of your choice should this colour scheme not work for your current project, reserve now.
