Fabulous pair of mid twentieth century Pierre Jeanneret Model: PJ-050501 Bedside Tables ‘Chevet En Teck’ in solid teak, Chandigarh, India Circa 1995-56, the quadrangular body with an open compartment over a single drawer with opening grip in the shape of a hollowed-out circle with an aluminium background, a typical feature of Pierre Jeanneret’s work in Chandigarh, raised on a pair of signature "Compass" style flat profiled legs affixed to the sides of the body, these bedsides have been professionally and sympathetically restored in Chandigarh in accordance with original specifications whilst retaining all original marks, scuffs, dents and patina, as with all of our Pierre Jeanneret furniture these item will come with an extensive set of pre restoration images and certificate of authenticity, reserve now.

These items have been restored in Chandigarh, India to the highest possible standard and to the exact authentic specifications as to when the item was originally made whilst importantly retaining all historical marks, scuffs, dents, scratches and patina, please note the Sunmica tops have chips and losses but we have chosen to retain them to keep the items as authentic as possible, the tops can easily be removed and the solid teak tops polished to match the main body.
