Magnificent mid century Pierre Jeanneret Model PJ-012001 ‘Cross Leg Banquette’  Sofa also known as ‘Banquette En Teck’ Chandigarh India Circa 1960, the two seat banquette finished in solid teak, the seat and backrest both with hand braided cane work, the distinctive ”X" frame  legs also form armrests to the upper section, comes with two custom made cushions finished in Royal Blue with red piping. This item been professionally and sympathetically restored in Chandigarh in accordance with original specification whilst retaining all of its original patina, as with all of our Pierre Jeanneret furniture this item will come with an extensive set of pre restoration images and a certificate of authenticity, reserve now.
