Stunning pair of mid twentieth century Pierre Jeanneret Model: PJ010704  Teak & Cane Lounge chairs also known as ‘Kangourou’ Chandigarh, India Circa 1970, the set comprising of two chairs in solid teak with hand braided cane, the seat and backrest on a profiled teak structure forming a base at the back. Two slanting, profiled legs at the front., the slightly curved backrest, seat and leg follow on from each other to form a horizontal "Z" shape, these chairs have been newly restored and re caned in Chandigarh in accordance with the original specification, as with all of our Pierre Jeanneret furniture these items will come with an extensive set of pre restoration images and a certificate of authenticity, reserve now.
