LUDWIG MIES VAN DER ROHE (1886-1969), A set of six Brno Dining Chairs, designed 1929, manufactured 1990s by Knoll, flattened steel cantilever frames, black leather, with manufacturer's Knoll stamp to base.

Designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1930 for his renowned Tugendhat House in Brno, Czech Republic, the Brno Chair reflects the groundbreaking simplicity of its original environment. The chair, an icon of 20th-century design, is celebrated for its lean profile, clean lines and meticulous attention to detail.
Condition: The chairs are offered in excellent original condition, seats are in superb condition with no tears or stains, the frames of the chairs are solid with no weakness to the joints, each chair is stamped with original makers mark.
