Splendid Antiques is delighted to offer this extremely rare and highly sought after Guiseppe Scapinelli Parquetry Jacaranda (Brazilan Rosewood) Credenza designed by the Italian born Brazilian Architect and Designer Giuseppe Scapinelli (1891 - 1982) Sao Paulo, Brazil, 1950s, the long rectangular top and sides with the most beautiful figured rosewood grain, the front in chequered parquet finish with five cupboards, two shelves to each of the end cupboards and four drawers to the centre cupboard, raised on tapered column supports united by a stretcher, comes with one original working key.
Please note: We also have the matching extending dining table and six chairs all in original condition, this set has never been to market and is one owner from new, extremely rare to find the entire suite.
In good original vintage condition, age related wear, the sideboard doors and drawers all open and close smoothly, no odours or smells.
