Antique Pine Wardrobe Housekeepers Cupboard 19th Century Victorian, circa 1890
Fabulous large antique pine wardrobe or housekeepers cupboard circa 1890, the corniced top above two panelled doors with one working lock, later added hanging rail to the inside, the lower section with a further two cupboard doors both with working keys, all raised on a plinth base, this piece would look great painted and would sit well in a large kitchen acting as a pantry, the sheer size of it makes tis a very dramatic piece, please note this piece is in one section and is extremely heavy to move, it will require at ;east two very strong people to move in to place.
The cupboard is offered in good antique condition, minor paint marks to the right side which will easily come off with a good brushing, the doors open and close smoothly, no signs of damage or repairs, very tiny and minor past woodworm holes that are completely dormant and treated, no odours or smells, comes with three working keys with tassels, wonderful golden patina.
