Beautiful French antique Marble topped Oak commode chest of drawers, circa 1890, this chest dates to the late 19th century, the elegant white with grey veins marble top over two short and three long drawers featuring brass escutcheons and handles, the drawers are all oak lined with dovetail joints, chest raised on short cabriole carved legs, ideal for the lounge, hallway, bathroom or bedroom, a sublime statement piece in every way, comes with one non working key.

Offered in good antique condition with age related wear, the marble top is in tact with no cracks or repairs, all drawers open and close smoothly, no odours or smells, no evidence of past or present woodworm, tiny section of beading missing to one corner, comes with one non working key with tassel, wonderful oak patina.
