Splendid Antiques is delighted to offer a Georgian 19th Century bachelors chest of drawers circa 1820, magnificent bachelors chest of drawers of small and petit proportions, made from solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers and solid oak drawer linings, the rectangular top and drawer fronts are cross banded, with original brass knob handles.There is an arrangement of two short over three long drawers, all raised on short cabriole legs.

Condition Report: The chest is in excellent condition having just been fully restored. The top is flat with no significant marks and no splits. It is of generally a good colour.. The drawers all open and close smoothly, there are no odours or smells, the chest is structurally sound with no evidence of any past or present woodworm.
