A magnificent antique 18th century George III Mahogany Linen Press circa1780, the moulded cornice above two oval ebony banded and panelled doors, enclosing three shelves and various brass hooks, the base with two short over two long graduated drawers, raised on shaped bracket feet, comes with two non working keys with tassels, the Linen Press splits in two sections making moving to upstairs bedrooms easier.
Condition report: Age related wear and marks, the drawers all glide open and close smoothly, there are no smells or odours to the drawers and each has been lined with felt paper, the piece comes with two non working keys with tassels, there are no signs of past or present woodworm, wonderful patina, a very tall and elegant piece of furniture.
