Magnificent mid twentieth century Pierre Jeanneret Model: PJ-010902 Teak Bench also known as ‘Banc En Teck’ Chandigarh, India Circa 1955-56, this exquisite bench is made from solid teak with rectangular seat with twenty equidistant slats, raised on signature Pierre Jeanneret ‘Compass’ inverted V legs with flat profiled sides, connected by a single full length crosspiece stretcher, original markings F.P.B.W.B.11 denoting its designation, this bench has been sympathetically restored in Chandigarh in accordance with original specification, as with all of our Pierre Jeanneret furniture this item will come with an extensive set of pre restoration images and a certificate of authenticity, comes with three new cushions, ideal as a coffee table or end of bed seating, perfect for any collection, reserve now.
