Mid century Scandinavian design Sonna Rosen Sun Feather Chair Sweden circa 1990, designed 1948, made by Nassjo Stolfabrik in the 1950s, the chair features a turned and white painted beech frame with the a red upholstered seat, extremely elgant to look and extremely comfortable, chair stamped H to underside
The beautiful and timeless design of the Swedish Sun Feather chair designed by Sonna Rosen in 1948 for Nassjo Stolfabrik of Sweden “Solfjädern” meaning hand Fan and translates literally into ‘Sun-Feather”. The chair features a natural birch-wood frame and elongated back spindles, which fan into an elegant “sun-feather” design, making this chair a work of art from every angle, simply gorgeous.
Condition: The chair is offered in excellent condition with only minor wear, the seat covering is clean with no marks, the frame is strong with no weakness to the joints, minor scuff mark to the back of the seat, very small and barely noticeable.
